Another Incredible Recipe

We love to make these on Saturday morning and eat them with fruit and whipped cream. You can make the batter the night before and it will last for a few days in the fridge.

Chera's Sour Cream Belgian Waffles:
(Makes 10 waffles)

2 egg yolks
2 c. sour cream
1 c. milk
6 T. butter, melted
2 c. flour
4 t. sugar
1 t. salt
1/2 t. baking soda
2 t. baking powder
2 egg whites, beaten until stiff peaks

Mix wet ingredients, add dry ingredients. Fold in whipped egg whites. Stir until smooth.
